Cambridge, MN Crossings Hotel Earns Top Awards

Congratulations to Keri Erickson and her team at the Crossings Inn and Suites of Cambridge, MN! Keri was recognized recently at the Annual GrandStay Hospitality Convention held in Apple Valley, MN for her outstanding work in 2012. Keri was awarded General Manager of the Year” by the franchise, for excellence of operation and dedication to brand initiatives. In addition, the hotel received the “Customer Service Excellence” award by receiving industry leading guest service rankings. The awards were presented by Jon Kennedy, President of GrandStay Hospitality, LLC.
