Blue Sky Hospitality re-brands Super 8 flag in Iron Mountain, MI

Working with ownership, Blue Sky hospitality recently re-positioned the former Super 8 hotel of Iron Mountain, MI. The property features 71 rooms with an array of suites and amenities. President of Blue Sky Hospitality Nathan Sieve commented on the strategy to change the existing Super 8 location to the new “Iron Mountain Inn & Suites”. “The location was in process of exiting with the Super 8 franchise when we acquired the management. It needed a fresh look and a new appearance to re-establish itself in the Iron Mountain market. We worked closely with ownership to develop an independent concept to streamline expenses and bring more value and revenue potential to the property”. Sieve added “we have been pleased with the results, and our guests are still enjoying a clean, well operated property with outstanding service and value”.
